The shell is custom 3D-printed in PET-CF — a carbon-fibre-reinforced engineering plastic that shrugs off a hot dashboard and holds a precise fit. Even the 12 V connector is printed in-house for this car. Every unit is hand-soldered, flashed and tested one at a time, in small batches. The included professional OBD device (Vgate vLinker FD+) wirelessly transmits data seamlessly, utilising a superior chipset for fast response times and reliable connection.

NOTES:

  • Currently only tested on 1ZZ-FE ECU. Theoretically will work on a 2ZZ Swap but not tested. Contact hello@horseclock.co.uk for more info.

  • May not work on aftermarket ECUs.

Each Horse Clock is covered by a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. If it develops a fault under normal use within that period, we'll repair or replace it.

The warranty does not cover: accidental or physical damage (including pressure on the display face); incorrect installation or wiring; water ingress; or modification. The supplied Vgate vLinker FD+ adapter carries its own manufacturer's warranty.

The warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. To make a claim, contact us with your proof of purchase.

  • "Incredibly Easy To Install...

    I would say that the horse clock was incredibly easy to install, anyone could do it even if they are not mechanically minded especially with the given pry tool and screwdriver.

    The Clock Itself is a very useful tool to be able to get live data from the car and actually looks like it belongs (unlike alternative dashboard units). The Horse Clock feels like a nice OEM+ modification while not only being cool but also serving a real purpose. Overall, this feels like a premium product for a not so premium price.”

    Having MPG readouts actually let me know my tyre pressures in the rear were both too low.

    The data side is really good too, not had any connectivity issues and the adaptor seems to turn off after a while so it doesn’t kill the cars battery.

    I would say the Horse clock  is so easy to install must of taken no more than 5 minutes to install.

    It gives a lot of useful information especially the mpg function and if I'm stuck in traffic, I can watch some sea life wonder across the screen! Very therapeutic!”
